No Refunds , Exchanges Only
- If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may exchange it for a different size, product.
- All exchange requests to be communicated within 7 days of receipt of the package.
- All items bought at special prices are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- The products must be returned in the same condition that it was received in. (Unworn and in their original packaging)
- To initiate the exchange, please write to us at care@woemur.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
- If your exchange is accepted, we will send you an email with the return address along with instructions to send it.
- All shipping/logistics costs related to exchanges are to be borne by the customer.
- Products sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted.
- All orders go through a quality check before shipping. However, in-case you have received a damaged product, please notify us at care@woemur.com within 3 days of receiving the order.

If you wish to cancel your order, write to us within 5 hours of placing the order at care@woemur.com with the subject:
